Service Description
Professional one on one consultation with staff member. Client will be shown 2 units of choice. Our personalised, private consultation includes head measurements and a discussion of the desired wig. This appointment allows you to try on different wig caps to see which one is best for you. Please come prepared with pictures of any colors or wig styles of your liking.
Cancellation Policy
For all custom wig orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid in full once the unit has arrived and the client has been notified. A 7-day grace period is allowed for payment of the remaining balance. After this grace period, a storage fee of $20 will be added for every 7 days the unit remains unpaid.
